I VE tried my best not to notice how attractive he is coz i feel like im betraying my mom.but i cant help it..pliz help me stop thinking like this

You have not said how old you are, but I would say this is not an usual situation. People should not deny their feelings, but do need to learn how to control them. You should do your best to steer your feelings toward a total view of your step father. Also, you should probably not place yourself in situations where you have a lot of time alone with him until you know you are totally in control. Nothing good will come from following through in any way with these feelings and it could turn out to be disastrous for you and your family if these feelings are not redirected toward the positive. If you are old enough, you should try to look at guys who 'are like' your step father, and put your emotions there.

Don't let people that judge so easily get you down. We can't help who we find attractive.I mean you don't ask to have a certain taste in men or a certain taste in food etc.Its just like that.He is not blood related so its not gross.He don't call him Daddy do you??? Anyway you obviously can't tell anyone and you can't act on it as you know. You just have to get over it.If it really gets bad you need to seek counselling from a pro. Its okay to find people attractive, but as long as you don't react on those feelings.

in reality it isnt incest or anything your not blood , but it is a betryal to your mom if you did something I agree with other girl if you do dont tell anyone but also know that if it comes out there cud be real problems , when you find someone attractive its very hard not to , esp if you get along , but for all the ones who say your sick or something like that ,f them , they probally have something in them youd find sick , Id deff say you shudnt do anything cause of the mom thing but I guess that all goes down to how your mom is and also it isnt exactly betraying your mom just because you find him attractive it wud be only if you do something more

Give suggestion to you before sleeping like "I respect my step father like my real father"three times,and sometime it's natural but you don't have to invlve yourself in the feelings , these are just thought go themself when you stop involving in the thoughts.it's not you ,just thoughts.The important thing is that you are so honest person ,you can't deceive your mother nor yourself.Find your partner if you are big enough?

get a boyfriend of your own age..........getting into or making a move towards your step father will simply complicate things and may spoil your relationship with your beloved mom. make some new friends, join a hobby class, get busy and divert mind......all the best! :)

EEEWWWWWW, that is nasty. He is your step dad. I don't care how attractive he is there is just something wrong with that. My brother is a good looking man, and we aren't blood related...I was adopted....but he is still my brother and I could never find any sexual attraction there. yuck.
