Do you mean on the outside part, or are you feeling something inside?
If it's on the outside, and you are pregnant, it is most likely a vulvar varicose vein. I got these with my last pregnancy and it felt like a big lump on one side. The lump is the swollen varcise vein. If it starts to bother you (pressure, throbbing, etc) you should get off your feet. Also try Vitamin E as a supplement.
If you feel a lump inside, it might be a benign cyst. Just bring it to the attention of your doctor or midwife at your next visit.

Did you just have a baby? I had one once and it just went away. There is a medical term for it, and I cant remember, but it should go away..
