Measurement around the chest under the breast. If it is an odd number add five, an even number add four, that is the band size. SO the measurement is either a 29 or 30 around the chest to make it a 34 band size.

Measure around the widest part of your breasts across the nipples. Take that measurement from the previous measurement.

1" is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.

Or go to Nordstroms, Sears, JCPenney (NOT Victoria secret, they size wrong)

just under the breast use a cloth measuring tape and measure around the circumference Th would be the initial size and then you would get the cup size by trying them on..small breasts might be A cup and as the breast are larger the cup size would be also....example 34 B ....etc etc
