How can I setup a public webserver with wa1003a router? Please help me.?

I have wa1003a router , I have successfully installed apache and php. I can see apache running when I go to my private IP , but when I go to my public IP , I get redirected to my router's control panel. Please help me , how can I make this work?

You need to port forward the ports needed for Apache (21,25,53,80,110,443) That is Ftp, smtp,dns,Web, pop, and ssl) in the router. See the URL below for how with your router.

You need a fixed external ip address. In the router configuration you must set up port forwarding for port 80 at least, this must point to your pcs internal ip, you should also set this fixed. Turn off any external acces to the router, someone can use this to cause serious problems.
Only open the ports you absolutely need, do not open dns 53 unless you have an official dns server.
