The Free Masons historicly go as far back as the Pyramids

but i have read and heard they still exist today. In fact many became politicians and got connections through the organization.

I wonder who all today is a member. I once heard both Bush's, and JFK are members.

Of course we still exist today! Haven't you seen our symbols on our buildings, on our cars, our road signs, and even our jewelry? Many lodges have websites you can look at. My lodge is at www.columbianlodge.org. There are many thousands of members around the world, and we do a lot of charity work. For example, have you ever heard of Shriner hospitals? Shriners are Masons, and we operate hospitals for children free of charge.

Records of our organization in its current for go back to the last 1600, but the ritual may be traced back at least to the medieval Masonic guilds.

You'll notice that most answers on here are from people who claim to have read things about the Masons, or have heard things from other people. Unlike them, as a Freemason, I am giving you the facts.

Just to be clear, NEITHER of the Bush presidents are Masons. The last president who was a brother was Gerald Ford. JFK also was not a Mason.

There are a lot of conspiracy theories out there about us, and most are completely ridiculous. We are not a political organization, and are forbidden to discuss politics or religion in our meetings. Most people don't realize this, or choose to ignore it when accusing us of trying to rule the world or worshiping Satan.

We are a fraternal organization devoted to improving ourselves and our communities.

If you have ANY questions about Freemasonry, please feel free to contact me or any other Freemason.

Freemasons got a bad rap in Europe during the late 18th early 19th centuries because during the Masonic meetings, open and free discussions about politics were tolerated and allowed. In most of Europe at that time, certain political beliefs, such as democracy and constitutional republics, were considered treasonous in the Kingdoms and Empires the dominated the continent. The Masons also incurred the anger of the Catholic Church because it allowed any man to join as long as he professed faith in God. Not the Catholic God, just God. The European governments of that time and the Church that held sway over many of them created all kinds of fanciful slanders and libels about the Masons. Freedom of speech and freedom of religion! What shocking concepts! No wonder many of the signers of that crazy left wing liberal Constitution of the United States were Masons.

To know how to do that you can find here a complete method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price ( http://getyourvisionbacknow.keysolve.net )

We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight.
I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.

Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years.
The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading.
I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches :

if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!

Some claim the origin of the FreeMasons go back to the pyramids, but the organization itself is not that old, having begun in europe in the early 1700s. Some of its rituals do borrow from ancient builder guilds.

It is true that many of our leaders have been Masons....Washington, Jefferson, Franklin...more than half of the signatories to the Declaration of Independence, etc. Because the Masonic brotherhood rose from predominantly protestant fellowships, few catholics have become masons, opting instead to be members of the Knights of Columbus.

Tony Blair is a high ranking freemason so is Dubyah and his old man most are barristers, judges, ex army officers etc. Its what people mean when they mention 'The old boys network'. There are benevolent fremmasons but they usually stay around the 4th or 5th level. There are 33 levels in freemasonry and they have a court room in their lodges. Thats where the term 33rd degree came from. They go back to ancient times, Ive read they have a temple or lodge in Scotland which is built to the same dimensions of King Solomons temple. Back then they were knights who potected the kings money in transit, but they were outlawed at some stage, and went underground. Thats why they are so secretive now I guess.

Freemasonry is an oath bound fraternal order of men which derives from the medieval fraternity of Freemasonry. We adhere to many of the Ancient Charges, laws, customs and legends of operative Freemasonry. We are loyal to the civilian government under which we exist. We inculcate moral and social virtues by symbolic application of the operative stonemasons' working tools and by allegories, lectures and charges.
Freemasonry obligates its members to obey the principles of brotherly love, equality, mutual aid, secrecy and confidence. We have secret modes of recognition that permit members to recognize each other as brothers. We require a through examination into the mental, moral and physical qualifications of a petitioner and we admit men into the fraternity by secret ceremonies based in part on legends of the Craft.

Once a person has decided to apply for membership he fills out a petition signed by 2 members of the Lodge he desires to join. He gives the petition to one of the members along with the required initiation fee. The petition is read at the Lodge's next stated meeting when the Worshipful Master will appoint an investigating committee who will interview the petitioner in person. The investigating committee will report back to Lodge at the following stated meeting when the members present will vote on the petitioner. Once the petitioner is accepted he will be given the three degrees of Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft and the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason. There are certain requirements a candidate must meet before he can proceed from one degree to the next.

One must obtain the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason before he can wear any Masonic jewelry.

One must have a Belief in a Supreme Being.

The tenets of the Masonic Fraternity are " Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth. "

The Masonic Fraternity is NOT a Secret Society but rather a Society With Secrets like many other fraternal organizations such as the Eagles, Moose, Elks, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, etc.

Suggest if you are a male of legal age interested in pursuing the Masonic Fraternity you contact a man whom you know to be a mason for further information and an application. If no local Masonic Lodge is available then you can contact te Grand Lodge of Masons for the State in which you reside. The Grand Lodge Officers will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible. If you are under legal age suggest you inquire about the Demolay Order.

If a Lady and are interested in the Masonic Fraternal Family we offer the Order of Eastern Star, if over legal age and the Order of Rainbow Girls and Job's Daughters if under legal age.

Please contact a local Masonic Lodge or Grand Lodge in your State for information on the requirements for join these Masonic Fraternal Family Organizations as the qualifications MAY vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Please contact a Mason or the Masonic Lodge directly for further information rather than relying upon the information given here as there is much erroneous information being stated by those who know little or nothing about this Fraternity. One should go to the source for correct information.
