If there were, the 'younger' generation would get curious as to why there was a special game room and just fake their age to get it.

Do you mean *restricted* to the older generation? *I* wouldn't use such a room, but maybe for those who find the younger generation just too much . . . but then there'd be agitation to have corresponding rooms for those under 18, those under 16, those under 12, gay male singles, Lesbian singles, het singles, swinging married couples, chaste marrieds, and Heaven alone knows who else.
Or do you mean rooms with games the older generation likes? If so, what's missing? I mean, in Multiplayer Games they've got Backgammon (called Tables in medieval days), Bingo, Blackjack (aka Twenty-One), Bridge, Canasta, Checkers, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Cribbage, Dominoes, Euchre, Gin [Rummy], Hearts, Mah Jong, Pinochle, Pool, Sheepshead (aka Schafskopf & Schafkopf), and Spades. Sounds like the Senior Citizen Center to ME--and I turn 60 pretty soon!
Answering myself: Scrabble (under Word Games) is no longer available as a Web game.

Well, I'm from the "older generation"....I usually go to the word games spot and play word racer. Lots of fun.
Also play scrabble...good if people don't leave the game :-)
Try word racer. It is challenging, fun, and not age related.
It also helps with challenging memory, recall, and speed.
Hope this helps! :-)

Pogo has rooms for old farts like me. I haven't noticed much of a difference though.
