Saddam was never a threat to the US. NEVER. Even Bush admitted that but now says he needed to be removed for the good of Iraq. Yeah, now they have no schools, no hospitals, no running water, no electricity, no telephones, no safety, etc. But they do have a civil war, thanks to Bush. We are in an illegal, immoral war started under false pretenses by a yellow bellied, war mongering, war profiteering president.

neither, the US did not declare war against Milosivich though, so I am not sure what the point is of this question
(it was a NATO operation, which is why it succeeded, unlike the current 'Coalition of the Willing' operation in Iraq, which is an abject failure in comparison)
