No. A gentle interval is not a signal of ectopic being pregnant, its now not even a signal of usual being pregnant for the reason that a interval continues to be a interval. Abdominal cramps are in general out of your interval, or you are nearing ovulation. Nausea might be from a number of one of a kind matters. It does not sound like being pregnant to me, and it absolutely does not sound like an ectopic being pregnant to me. You have your tubes tied so the threat of having pregnant is close inconceivable. Talk in your surgeon if you are concerned however I'd say no.
