No. And we have the resourses. Too many politicians are worried about their careers and want to get the war over with so it is not an issue in the next campaign.

Totally different situation. In 1943 we were fighting for our lives against two of the super powers of that time. These were countries capable of invading the United States. I don't think anyone in their right mind thinks that the Iraq insurgents are a superpower or are capable of invading the United States. We are in the middle of their civil war and need to leave Iraq to the Iraqis.

No I do not,but I do think it time for our men to come home,but don't get me wrong I was all for the war. I just think that we got the man we wanted and there is always going to be terrorist and it is time for Iraq to stand on it own feet or fall.

We are not under threat of invasion like in 1943. You need to take a history lesson.

Actually,I am pretty sure they were referring to where their own head had previously been inserted into a uncleaned posterior orifice when that was being said.....

to Nomo...which incidently rhymes with Homo.....we were attacked....we are under constant threat of attack....notice there isn't much lately since we are in Iraq actually winning this mop up?

The question that needs to be asked: Is it worth sacrificing all these soldiers for this war? Many soldiers are being killed everyday, do you see a progress since March 2003? I don't!!!

i dont think the situations are quite the same. personally i say let them take care of their own problems dont beleive we belong there however busy bodies that our govt is they are very cheap when its time to pay for it. Its just political jabber to make brownie points on. afterall we dont have resources for lots of programs.
