i think he meant that he is having a baby with his significant other...sometimes when men tell their friends or family that their s/o's are having a baby, they'll say "we're pregnant"...
anyway, as soon as you see your child for the first time, you'll know exactly what to say..sometimes there are no words :] congrats!
