How do i ask someone if i can help?

I know this probably looks weird to you, So i will explain the best i can.

I am a regular on a chat network... and there are ops that look after the channels (kick people who flood , spam ect) Well, They have a room called #ophelp where people who have complaints about channels they are in go to, The channel has the ops from the rooms and some ophelpers and they pick them very carefully, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how i can ask one of the main ops if i can help there. Because i have been a bit of a disturbance in the past and they may not take me seriously, Any tips on how i can come across as genuine?

There are many ways to say it like the following words:

Any assitance please?Can I help you,Can I be of help, Need assistance? May i assist you, may I help you, would it matter if I can be of help. do you like to be help, do you want me to help you, and many others.
