It’s late at night and you’re watching your favorite TV show Dr. Fly’s world of ham sandwiches and you look down and there is this huge cockroach on your arm with the face of Dr.Franken poo poo you scream and jump up but then you fall back down and cut your self on an old rusted table. What I want to know is what does the Endocrine System has to do with this Scenario?

You must have been mistaken. The endocrine system controls release of various hormones.

What you want is the ANS or Autonomic Nervous System which controls many changes in physiological processes including heartrate, sweating, blood pressure, muscle tension, pupils dilating, bladder tension, AND the endocrine system.

that would be the adrenaline...
the hormone adrenaline is responsible for the fight/flight response of the body during certain situations,,, most probably, you were triggered by the sight of the cockroach which activated the natural response of the body during emergencies...
