Yes, but you should have a poster parents in the philippines. a letter of agreement between your parent and posterparents must be presented to the embassy and a copy to be furnished to the airline.

It depends on the airline, but most seem to have a cutoff of 12. If you are younger than that, you must travel as an accompanied minor (accompanied by airline staff - not a parent). Up to 16 the parent has the option. Over 16 you cannot use the system of being registered with airline staff, so you will have to travel by yourself. As long as you are happy with arrangements for dropping off and meeting someone at the other end there is no problem with the actual flight.

My experience is with Australian airlines, so check with Philippine Airlines - they will probably have their policy on their website.

Yes you can. Philippine Airline is good. But once you are out of the airport, it would be better if you have someone to guide you, maybe a poster parent or a friend or tourist guide to help you if you're in trouble. Enjoy and Happy trip.

The Travel Clearance for minors (up to 17 years of age) travelling alone is imposed only on Filipino citizens travelling outside Philippines.

To get in the country, children below 15 years of age has to obtain prior approval or the Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) has to be submitted.

By traveling alone, I hope you just mean flying solo...and that someone you know will meet you at the airport & that you'd be touring the Philippines with people you know. There should be no problem on your solo flight....you're gonna be alright. Now, as far as touring the Philippines on your own, hmm, I don't think so...I wouldn't recommend it...wait till you're older.

Yes you can, I'm only 13 and I've traveled alone many times all over the world. You can pay for someone at the airport to accompany you until you get to your next place for the flight. They will help you get around.

Different airlines have different rules - make sure you check with the airline and ask about specifics.

Have fun!
