Not really, everyone is entitled to ask whatever they want.
Maybe it's up to Yahoo answers to take notice of what is being asked and if there's a repeated question they should not show it. Then again you might find that the same question you put a few days earlier ,it will be answered more in details, because different people are on at the time ,therefore different answers and more better.Possible.
