Do I have reason to be nervous because I am!!!! I haven't been to school since college at 20 years old. I'm scared I won't remember stuff.

You will be absolutely fine gal, you have nothing to worry about.....the younger students around will look up to you if you are on top of things. You might as well enjoy your studies....Dont take their boring sarcasm to heart, you are goin to school for your self development and to move ahead in life, you know that you are there for a reason - give it your best shot. I wish you all the best in your studies......do take care and have fun studying

You should be fine. There may be the occasional subject matter in which you remember less than others ( remember taking a horrible calculus class at 29, in which everyone else was 18 and retaking the course for an easy A, while I hadn't had a math course at all since the age of 15!), but as many people have said, you will probably be more settled and able to make up for any of these deficits. On the whole, you should do better than the average student because you will be able to bring some life experience to bear.

Reading your materials before and after each lecture helps your brain register information better. Take notes as you listen. Be disciplined and work hard! Good luck!
