The salary criterion for family visa entitlement for UAE is:

- Either the basic salary should be AED 4000 monthly.
- AED 3000 plus company provided accommodation or AED 1000 as house rent allowance monthly.

The other requirement is the marriage certificate attestation. For this you have to complete the procedures from India first then the Indian embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Abu Dhabi accordingly. From India firstly a notary public has to be authenticated, then the Ministry of F. Affairs.

Once you have completed the attestation, submit the specific application form with original and copies of your labor contract, marriage certificate and copy of your wife's passport to the immigration department. You will get the visa on the next day.

I hope your company PRO will assist you to obtain the visa.

Good luck.

I am assuming that you want to get a family visa for your wife. for that the procedure is:

First you need to have your marriage certificate translated in arabic and get it attested from the foreign affairs office in india. both your original and arabic version of the marriage certificate would be stamped.
after that is done, you have to get them attested from the embassy of UAE in your country. this procedure takes almost a week or atleast 3-5 working days and there are various charges like stamps fee..processing fee..and if the embassy is in some other city then the courier charges etc.
After that is done.. you need someone to send all these attested documents to you here in uae.

After getting the documents you can apply for a visit visa in the naturalization and residency ministry.. you should earn atleast DHS 4000(confirm this amount from the ministry..websites are not always up-to-date) to.be able to apply for the visa.

documents required are:

Passport copy of the person/s for whom the visa is being requested
2 Photographs each
All attested certificate copies
Salary certificate
Original and copy of the Passport of Husband
All necessary forms typed and signed by Husband
Visa should be ready within 10 days.

after she enters uae.. you would start processing her residence permit.. which requires all of the above douments + 2 more pictures + blood test report(from some hospital in abudhabi) to get the residence permit stamped.
