Does anyone know how to put gas into the reserve a Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle? It's not in this crazy manual! Thanks for the help.

When you fill the fuel tank normally the reserve will be filled also. There is only one fuel tank on the bike.

The reserve is just a fuel level indicator that tells you when the tank is almost empty (just like a petrol light in a car), on your bike you will get approx 30miles from the reserve but the best bet is to fill up as soon as it comes on.

Older models of bike came with a reserve switch/tap and when the amount of petrol in the tank fell to a low level you would need to swap the tap from the normal fuel setting to the reserve setting, although you will not need to do this.

Hope this helps

Your bike doesn't have a "reserve tank".
There's a tube connected to the petcock (on-off-reserve lever).
The tube is about 2 inches long and sticks straight up into the gas tank.
When the fuel level drops below that tube, no gas can get in and it's like you ran out of gas.
When you switch to reserve, the gas below that tube can now be used.

GSXR 600's do not have a reserve. They have a low fuel indicator light on the instrument panel. When the light comes on, you start looking for a fuel stop. That's why it isn't in your manual as a "reserve" , but instead as a low fuel indicator.

If its a new one it doesn't have a reserve.
It has fuel level gauges in tank.
watch the warning lights on 'dash'

When you fill your tank the reserve fills itself. It doesn't need to be filled seperately.
