Try here. Complete a 360 profile and make a list of your interests. Before long you should be hooked up with others that have similar interests as you. That way you can exchange addresses so you can maintain writing relationships. I've done that for years, and enjoy it very much.

google into yahoo, google, ask jeeves, dog pile search they will give you tons of websites for free pen pals. especially to those special military who need penpals! good luck!
