I had a little girl named Elise in my classroom and she was the sweetest 2 year old that I have ever met....I love that name as I think of her when I hear it.

Für Elise is a very romantic piece for piano composed in 1810 by Ludwig van Beethoven. It's probably the best known piano piece in the world. I thing it is a wonderful name!!!

I think its georgeous. I was going to use it as a middle name for Annabelle Elise but we used Brooke Olivia instead.

It's a pretty name but there is the old "Fur Elise" song - I don't know but could be a name that gets picked on - you know they will sing the tune and laugh. Maybe change the spelling - but the sound is good. Alise, Eileese, Elisa - Elsa.

Yes I do.
Not too over the top like most modern names these days.
Very pretty and easy for the poor little thing to spell.

I think it is much better suited as a middle name. There are heaps of great names that it would sound nice with.
