it quite is considerally greater high priced to sell a $900k abode than a $200k abode. there is plenty greater artwork and the advertising is plenty greater high priced. Plus there's a plenty larger possibility this does not sell for the duration of itemizing term. This agent stands an extremely good possibility of dropping earnings this deal because you are able to substitute brokers in 6 months. there's a competent possibility you will cost it too intense and in no way provide this adverse agent a huge gamble to sell it. that's a honest quote. it is what you do. Ask for a 5% cost and ask that if customer has no realtor then cost be decreased to 4%. save asking till you discover an agent who will do this. it is definitely as much as you to sell this abode. If that $900k isn't the marketplace there is not something this agent can do to sell it. you may desire to be reducing cost each and every 30 days.

I don't understand why you want the Ford Guys to give an estimate on an Elky...
A true Ford man is going to low ball you on a Chevy product and vice versa.

I love the way the Elks looked and ran, but I dispise chevy now for what they did with the EV1.

I suggest that you check kbb.com for estimates.
