After jogging a couple miles, (i do this daily) I came home and took off shoes to see my left sock to be all wet and gooey. I imediatly took off my sock. There was a small cut in the middle of my foot and from it came yellow-greenish puss. The wierd thing was was that i had not fealt anything during my jog. No wet feeling, no aches, nothing. The Puss smells really bad. Does this happen to all runners? Should i got to the hospital?

My guess would be that you had an abscess in your foot that you didn't notice and it popped while you were running. Blisters don't usually have pus in them. Did you notice anything about your foot before that day? Any itching, pain, or swelling could have been signs of infection. You should clean your wound and keep your feet dry, maybe refrain from jogging for a couple of days. If the wound continues to drain pus you should have it looked at.
An important question to ask would be: how's the sensation of your feet? Do you have any numb areas there? Are you diabetic? You'll want to know if there's a reason why you had a wound on your foot and didn't feel it.

It depends if you have any openings in your feet like a speck from the tip of a needle. When you were running the sweat may have a chemical with a strange reaction to your body and entered that hole. Which caused a chemical reaction. Check with a doctor. Probably an infection. Not too scary. Don't worry. It's all about oil and sweat nothing bad.

This is just an infection combined with fungal infection. You run and your feet are sweaty for a long time every day. moist and heat are perfect for growth of fungus and other infection. Wash it good and use an antifungal cream easily bought from 99 cents store (Chlotrimazole 10). However, I strongly suggest you go see a doctor for treating other source of infections (gram negative that causes the bad smell). the infection can lead to amputation.

Whenever you see pus or something creamy coming out of a cut in the foot, it's time to go see your doctor. It's an infection that needs to be treated with oral antibiotics. Regardless of whether you have diabetes or not, you should go see a doctor immediately because infections in the bottom of the foot can go sour if not treated properly.
