3 wire RTD temperature sensor interfaced to ADC0808?

Hi,
I have a problem in interfacing 3 wire RTD sensor to ADC.Can anyone explain hoe to interface it.

The resistance in RTD sensor is onle 115ohms and if it is cooled the temp decreases to 104 and heated it reached upto 135. so this resistance variation does not change the voltage largely.The voltage changes in mirovolts if i use a wheatstone bridge.

can anybody help me out to solve this problem.

As you can see, the resistance change is not large, but it is very precise. You are going to have to attach it to a precise voltage source and measure the output voltage. Read the information on the reference.
