hay i think i got your answer ok, if it is wen u start up go too run it is in the start menu type msconfig go to the startup tab and look for sumthing that is simallar to wut the error message is and turn it off if u don't find it try trimming sum stuff off that u don't need, it will make your pc start up faster hope his helps.

It looks like the dll file is corrupted. Try a System Restore.
Go to Start--> Help and Support, type System Restore in the search box and hit Enter.
In the search results, click the "Use Systems Restore Wizard" link and follow instructions.
If that doesn't work you may have to repair the Windows installation using the original Windows CD.
