Most likely not, although one of their senses which detects "vibrations" rather than sound can be damaged just like out hearing.
Our hearing and the cells along the lateral line on a fish have cup shaped cells with tiny hairs inside. As a vibration (including sound waves) reaches the hairs, they also vibrate. The orientation of the hairs and the strength of the vibration indicates the "loudness" and direction and distance from the source. Too strong of vibrations cause the hairs to break, and this will produce some loss of the ability to detect vibrations in the future. In people, this is what we would call "deafness".
