A bachelor's degree is the degree you get when you go to a 4-year university and finish your first four years after high school, what many people refer to as a "college degree". A master's degree is the next level beyond that. When you have graduated from college already, you go to school for another year or two (assuming you go full time), and you get a degree for "mastering" your subject, called a master's degree. Some examples of that would be the MFA (master of fine arts) or MBA (master of business administration). Then the next level up is a doctorate, which generally takes 3 years or longer. It is a little different, in that you don't necessarily need to finish a master's degree before getting a doctorate, although many people do. You can get a doctorate in medicine (MD), juris (law) doctorate (JD), or doctorate in philosophy (Ph.D.), to name a few.

bachelor degree is a certification that you get after completion of an undergraduate course(at an university of course). Whereas a masters degree is a certification that you get after completion of a postgraduate course..
An undergraduate course is any course that you apply for when you leave college.Whereas for a postgraduate course you should have done an undergraduate course first and have got a good bachelor degree.
A postgraduate course is generally meant for specialization in the field you are studying.
