burnt chocolate chip cookies. LOL
I made some choco chip cookies a long time ago.
For some reason I only put in one cup of flour instead of two.(brain fart I guess)
Well I started to bake them and after about 9 minutes I looked at them and they were all running together and melted and almost burnt on the pan.
I took them out and when they cooled, I started to scrape the stuff in the garbage, then I tasted it and OMG, it was fantastic.
They carmalized a little bit and were so good. So I scraped them into a zip loc baggie and put them in the freezer and now I make them every now and then and use them to top off my ice cream.
