Would you recommend DR Horton homes and their DHI mortgage company in Maricopa, Az?

I'm looking to buy a home in Maricopa and want to know the best builders and if you've had any trouble with the builder's lending company

I have no experience with them whatsoever, but a quick Google of "Horton Homes Complaints" came up with several websites, and none of them are good.
