1. Get out of Iraq, we don't seem to be accomplishing anything there.
2. Bomb Iran and Korea's nuclear facilities.
3. Impose insanely high fines and jail time on anyone employing illegals, stop at once giving them any kind of government assistance at all, deport all of the ones currently in our prison system and demand that the immigration laws we have in place are enforced.
4. See that the oil companies build more refineries to supply the USA with enough gas to keep the prices at a reasonable rate.
5. Impose severe penalties on lawyers who file frivilous lawsuits.
6. Make it law that credit card companies can charge no more than 3 times the federal interest rate.
7. Rebuild the election process by: Elliminate the electoral college. 2 term limits on all state and federal elected officials.
If you are an elected official running for a higher office you must first complete your current term before you can announce any plans to run for another office. Campaigning won't start until Jan. of the election year, funds will largely come from the candidate running and personal donations of less that $1000. Companies can choose to sponsor their candidates in televised debates. Campaigning will no longer be big business, nor will it be done with taxpayer money or on the taxpayers time. Lobbyists, find another line of work.
8. Cap congessional salaries at the national average and take a real close look at how expenses are being spent.
9. Take a real close look at how tapayers money is being spent, get rid of all un-necessary spending ad steamline the budget.

I do not believe it can be one or the other,
They are tied together. For domestic tranquility, we must not only be safe but we must be sure other countries are safe.
We import & export to & from numerous countries. If we lost that ability it would cripple our economy.
I would toughen immigration laws & after back ground checks allow maybe 250,000 a year to immigrate from around the world. A balance group not from one nation.
Illegals would be sent home & fines would increase for
hiring, renting to, or enrolling in schools any illegals.

Term limits for all elected officials would be 2 terms just like the presidency. Taxes a flat 10%.

Overseas - allow military to run the military, well mostly. The Cammander in Chief (me for now) is responsible for the military & military actions. I would increase the number of troops, remove some of the rules of engagement that get our troops killed, put an all out push to stomp Al Qeada & train the Iraqi military. A deadline to Iraq would be privately issued & come heck or highwater my troops would be home by the Spring. Iran, I like the 1st talks in 20 years that are occurring but the language would be firm. No troops for Iran - glass parking lot for them.
I would try to continue to build stronger ties both finanically &
politically with other countries. I would use our position of strength in UN to force better & more humane treatment in rogue nations. There are too many countries abusing their citizens. Each country must be alowed to govern itself but like Hitler being stopped so must the tyrants of other nations.

Domestically- I would make a plan for everyone to have health care. Then I would fix the immigration problem by not letting anyone else in until things were straightened out within the US. Then, I would put a cap on gas prices so they can't go any higher.
Overseas- I would pull the troops out of Iraq and send them over to Darfur where woman and children are being gang raped and killed.
