My husband is 26 years old. A few days ago he briefly lost his erection during foreplay, which he claims happens to all men when they're hard for a long time. (It came right back.) Today we were having sex (in what I admit was a difficult position for his legs and back) and he lost it again, for a slightly longer time. He says he had a major leg cramp that was painful and distracted him. Is this possible or likely? I feel like I must be doing something wrong . . .

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you were in a difficult position for him, it is quite possible that he could have experienced a cramp. Sometimes if there is a distraction like that, it can cause a man to lose his erection. Not to worry, though, especially if he is only 26. As you mentioned, he was quick to get back into action. I have also heard theories about tantric sex and that if a man has an erection, loses it, and gets it back again, his orgasm could end up being bigger and last longer.

Yes this is normal.A man can't always control his erection.Sometimes a man will be stressed from work or something at home and it will cause problems in the bed room.Often a man will eat a big meal and it will effect his performance after.Your husband could also be feeling a little tense because this happened before.Men want to be able to perform ever time without problems and when something does happen it will hurt the ego if not properly handled.Try not to react in a negative way and reassure him that it's OK.Try to help him regain an erection while both of you enjoy some foreplay together.Work it out together and both of you will always win.

You are not doing anything wrong. Loss of erection can be caused by physical or psychological problems. A major leg cramp can be a legitimate reason for losing an erection. Your husband might be stressed from work causing a distraction in bed. The best thing you can do is to not blame yourself and help him relax so he can focus on the two of you when you make love. Good luck!

The cramp could deffinatly cause him to lose an erection, but I went through a time at about the same age where I was having difficulty keeping an erection, my wife and I would go through foreplay, but when it came time for action, I would lose my erection. Well at the time, the job I was in, I was under alot of stress at the time, my boss had some health problems, I worked in a small store in the mall at the time, and when the boss went out sick, I picked up ALOT of her hours, and all the stress of working so much took it's toll on me in the bedroom. It caused me to get depressed because I felt that I couldn't please my wife in bed like I felt she should have been pleasured. But she was very supportive of me.

When my boss got to feeling better and came back to work and my hours and stress level started going down, things went back to normal for my wife and in the bedroom. And I havn't had any more problems of keeping an erection since then.

So maybe it could be due to stress.

Hope that this helps.

look stuff like this happens there is not a man walking who hasn't lost one of those at one time or another don't make a bfd out of it because its not.your not doing anything wrong as long as its returning and you can see that he is still aroused relax and don't worry its when he looses it and it doesn't return that might have a problem but even then it may have nothing to do with you you don't say how old your husband is but there are all kinds reasons why these things happen meds, stress, exaustion,or any other number physicle things if it keeps happening have him see a dr before you start blaming yourself.

You aren't doing anything wrong - I've heard it can happen. I'm not a guy, but I haven't run into that before with a guy. I will tell you to be patient - the "leg cramp" may have been because he was worried or uncomfortable over what happened. If it continues to happen, you may want to set him up with a urologist. Could be something as simple as stress.

Your husband is distracted. The male organ has a mind of its own. If it wants some action, it will get some action. If your husband is losing his erection, it means he is bored with you or having sex with someone else. Visual stimulation is very important in sex, and most women don't know what it takes to turn a man on...no matter how many women he has just had sex with... he'll still get a ***** when when you switch on your magic.

No sweetie...it is nothing wrong with you to be concerned about. He probably have a few things on his mind that might be distracting him, such as finances, work, family, age, eating habits, diet, pain etc. Many factor can decrease his erection. As long as his erection comes back and he can finish you off. I don't think there is anything to complain and worry about.

Guys lose erections all the time. I've seen porn where guys are doing it with 3 implanted 18 year olds and they've lost their erection. If, in the end, you are both able to enjoy the lovemaking, then you should not worry.

For me, truthfully, I've never lost an erection, once might be a fluke, twice and he might want to take it more seriously. Is he out of shape or overweight?? That makes this happen to lots of guys along with low esteem.
