Not sure what to do. Wait it out? Call the contractor? What are these water marks? When I run my hand over them, it isn't wet. Thanks!

thats normal, you dont have to worry about it. if it doesnt appear you should be worrying coz u might have substandard mixture of concrete.

those are the chemicals present in cement that comes out together with water during mixture.

just water it at least once a day to let it penetrate to the concrete and to add more strength to the concrete during curing.

if you really hate its appearance as time goes on and it doesnt disappear. it will be removed using muriatic acid.

the latter is not quite advisable as the muriatic acid may cause the concrete to be brittle.

bottom line... wait for 1 to 2 weeks to let it dissappear with constant watering

May be differences in curing rate within the slab. May have even been some water that came to the surface in the floating process. Concrete goes thru many changes as it cures. Be patient.

Still if you think there's something wrong, document it now with pictures and dates.

It takes 28 days for concrete to reach it's full strength. It will constantling be going through the curing process through this time. It probably isn't a big deal. Try water to see if this helps. Over time I'm sure it will fix itself....

Give it a few more days. The concrete may not have cured completely yet. It might not feel wet to touch but still not be totally cured.

Concrete is made up of lots of water. It slowly disapates over time. Occasionally you will see this type of spot shortly after poured and then even weeks later. It is normal and nothing to worrry about.

That is what happens naturally when concrete is stained. It is just drying. Wait, and it will go away. Remember not to walk on it yet.
