There are plenty I havn't seen, but I really liked England's York Minster, which is the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe. It is beautiful & impressive. We've seen all the famous ones in Paris, and none of them seemed as beautiful to us as York Minster.

However, my wife says she'd cast her vote for the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, USA. It is very bright and rather modern but with some traditional touches.
