You will wait until they send you the install kit, which is the broadband modem and software. They will also give you a date that the service will be setup on there end and ready for you to use. It usually take 5 to 10 days after you order it.

they'll send you a package with a modem and all the wires and dsl filters needed. then they'll give you a date that your dsl will be ready to use. you have to wait to the date to install everything and have functioning dsl. they will give all the instructions necessary

Wait..and wait..and wait..Then, when they do hook you up, be prepared for crappy internet service, when they cut you off all the time. Since they lie about their cell phone service, why would you expect them to tell you the truth about your internet service? You know the bill will be MUCH higher than they said it would be. Taxes, more taxes, fees, more fees, extra minutes..you know the routine
