The easiest way is to just right click on your network connection, either in the system tray or under network connections, and select properties.
Select the details tab and there is all the info you want....

Click start, go to control panel open up Network Connections, and then double click on the Icon that is connected, then go to the support tab, that will tell you it all. or you can click on start, click on run, type in cmd then that will be the command screen, then type in 'ipconfig/all' with out the 's and then that will tell you it all too, hope that helps.

Go to Start -> Run
Type in cmd
On the command prompt type: ipconfig /all
That information should show up on the screen.
