Looks like an old Craftsman lawn tractor that's been modified to be a racing tractor. Mowing deck is gone and the engine looks more powerful than the factory installed engine.

It looks like a riding lawn mower without the blade attachment,
or a snow removal rider without the snow blade. It could
be a ride abled 3 in 1. (One that you place the attachments
on, when you need them.)
