I typed in my email address on my wii and it says I need do something on my computer to be able to send messages to it. How can i connect my wii and my computer?

I know what you're talking about. You need to go into your email and reply to the message that your Wii has sent you. Once you reply (No need to type in a message) the wii will accept all emails that you send it. It's a really neat feature. Replying to the message lets the Wii know that you are a trusted friend.
