Ugh, I hear ya. I always think about it...I believe it started when I was a teen because life really hits you hard then. Sigh.

I got that wake up call real early in life. Living in an abusive household, growing up way too soon. Now I can finely make a life of my own that is somewhat how I pictured it to be.
