probably with a sledgehammer - but it'd be painful
you could try to step on edges of bricks or steps or things and roll your ankle but that would tend to give you an ankle sprain rather than a broken ankle - still, you might be (un)lucky and pull the bottom bit of bone off your fibula (lateral malleolus) with an inversion injury like that

run down some stairs and as your running bend your foot so when you step on the next stop your actually stepping on your ankle and puttin all your weight on it. it'll actually look like an accident too

Break it! Why do you want this? Make sure it is broke, it will take longer to heal if not broken. I sprung mine and it took over 6 months to heal.It stayed black and blue.....forever.

i fell on a tile floor. Three surgeries later and months on crutches and I can walk again. it is not fun. Don't try this at home as they say.
