Who decided that typing in all caps meant that someone is yelling or angry. That is just something somebody made up and it has grown like a weed.
IF YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER THE OLD COMPUTERS AND WORD PROCESSORS, YOU KNOW THAT EVERYTHING CAME OUT IN ALL CAPS. THAT WAS ONE OF THE WAYS YOU COULD TELL IF A BUSINESS LETTER WAS DONE ON A WORD PROCESSOR OR ON A TYPEWRITER.
You do remember typewriters, right. And carbon paper and onion skin paper. And are you old enough to remember how to burn a copy, or why it was called that? This was before the photocopier.

It may mean they need medication. It may be that they just aren't smart enough to handle two cases. It may also be that they accidentally hit the cap lock at the beginning and didn't notice until they got near the end and were too lazy to change. It could be that they want attention or are trying to be funny.

Maybe they just left the Caps Lock pressed and decided they could see the letters better or they are immature and using the caps as ranting loudly.

I often type in caps, then look up and realise - so i write it all out again.
Maybe some people are too lazy to do a re write.

I find that people that intentionally exploit the errors of others(that would be YOU) are usually people that are extremely self-conscious. And generally speaking, they are poor excuses for human life(once again, YOU)
