I don't even know what a tea towel is! You can use a hand towell to put out the oven rack, or you can use a spatula to pull out the oven rack, and then use the spatula and push it towards the edge, where you will have a plate ready...

Use a dish cloth
Use tongs
Use a fork
Use a bath towel

OR... Open the oven door and tilt the entire oven so the pizza just slides out. Make sure you have a plate ready!

use a bath towel then since you have no oven mitts, pot holders, small towels.
use bath towel, pillow cases, several rolled up together, use a pair of old clean tube socks or something, man. come on, the pizza is burning already!

Use a handtowel or some sort of something that will cover your hand, and you might want to fold it so it is thicker, which means more protection. But honestly dude you need to get some ovenmitts next time k?

Ok Good Luck
