wear bright, colorful tanks or anything sleeveless.
also, shorts and miniskirts are cute too

There is a few things you can do:
1. Take a cab to your work place, enjoy the aircon.
2. There is a new company who invented a Smart shirt to cool down body temperature by electrical cell. Price is not decided yet.

Omg I used to live in Singapore when I was 3-6. Sorry, don't know how to stay cool. But cool that you live there.

Hi, there are lots of thin tops and skirts that are not even transparent. They are light and cool. There is a shop at Peninsula Shopping Centre - Basement (B1-31) that really cares about comfort.. and wow! they always carry new ladies' stuff and really cool at reasonable prices.. You can even find lingerie for ladies there.

I'm sure that bright color and light material will help. The reason is bright color and light material keeps minimal amount of heat from the sun. Light blue is best (if you like blue).

You can try wearing a safe summer dress and carry a cardigan along for the cold air conditioner in the office.

Try to work for companies that allow casual clothes when working (Yahoo is the best =))). Then wear Jean and T-Shirt to work. It's definitely better than long sleeve shirt and tight pants =))

wear lighter material with short sleeves. Cotton is appropriate. Don't wear black or dark color clothes. Choose white or bright color ones

Maybe use conditioner when you are washing your hair, it helps keep you fresh.
Then for the clothing, maybe choose a shirt that is "fashion-able" but not very thick.

try light colors and short sleeve shirts and skirts with wedge shoes and if u have hair thats able to put in a ponytail i would put it in a pony so your hair is off your back good luck!
