Very simple formula

M1V1 = M2V2

M = molarity
V = volume (mL is fine)

You have 3 of the 4 pieces. Just plug in and solve for V2.

Let the final sulfuric acid solution be called S. Let the 18.4M solution be called s.

600.0mLS x 0.10molH2SO4/1000mLS x 1000mLs/18.4molH2SO4 = (600.0)(0.10)(1000)/(1000)(18.4) = 3.261mLs
