How do you do a combine shipping on ebay?

How do I send the winning bidder a grand total.when I want to send them an invoice it shows up as one item?

If you're using Selling Manager, it should combine purchases on a single invoice automatically. But if it doesn't, you could go to an ended auction page and find the link that says COMBINE PURCHASES.
However, if your buyer purchased items that are several days apart, eBay may not be able to detect it. Check your settings. You will probably have to extend the number of days where buyers can make multiple purchases and combine the shipping charges.
