nipples ever get big when you are in public and it is embarrasing? I hate when mine show through my shirt, but I don't know what to do to get them to shrink again.

haha ya i know what you mean, i wear a bra with padding, not a whole lot of padding but just enough to make the nipples a little less noticable....good luck!

Yes, mine do anyway. A Lot!!! But it's not that embarassing, most guys find it sexy anyway.
But that aside, if you find it somewhat embarassing, wear a bra with thicker fabric in the cups Or better yet, invest a few dollars into a pack of breast shields, they are small pads that nursing women insert into their bras, over their nipples, to catch any leaks.
Sometimes this is caused by sexual arousal, in those cases there isn't much you can do.
However, more often than not, it is caused by a slight chill or a change in the wind, in which case keeping your nipples warm is the only way to prevent it from happening.
If it does happen from time to time, try not to be embarassed about it though, it is perfectly normal and like I said, most guys find it arousing.

One way to prevent this (and it sounds silly but it works) is to put band-aids over your nipples in the morning when you get dressed, or before you go out. When circulation to the breast is increased, the nipples become erect and cause the "headlight" look. The band-aids help to flatten down the nipples. Just be sure to take them off as soon as you can, or the skin around the nipple (the aerola) can become tender.

It happens to the best of us. Try getting SLIGHTLY padded bras. They should do the trick. Also keep a sweater on hand because it probably means you're cold.

In the movies they put bandaids over them before they go on film. Some women's nipples stick out when they get nervous or excited. You are nervous about them which makes them stick out. Good luck.

lol They do that when you are cold or a little chilly. Its part of human living! Mens nipples go firm as well when they are cold. Even being lightly tickled will do it to both men and women.

It happens to me a lot, but it mostly happens when you get cold. If you wear a bra or an undershirt, it won't show

Its because its colder outside. Wear a bra with a little bit of padding in it. It helps alot. :)

ur nipples usually get hard (not big) when ur cold or arroused. it's natural. just go with it. the only thing u can really do to make them soft again is to get warm or stop thinking nasty thoughts.

I'm nursing a baby right now but my body is starting to look pretty good... I know I'm getting looks so I don't mind that they're always hard. It makes 'em sweat.
(and every girl needs a little attention sometimes!)
