A local college sold very similar computers 3 years ago for $30.00 each (without an OS or dvd/cd burner)
I honestly wouldn't even buy a computer like that today, even the parts are obsolete and useless in a modern system. (except for the dvd/cd combo)
However if it is all you can afford and you need one, $25-45 would be about right.

Your computer is impressive. But (1) It is 8 years old (2) It runs Windows 98. If you get $100, you're lucky.

Windows 98 = $0
PIII/500 = $15
288 MB (odd number, must be SDRAM, slow, ew) = $15
30 gb hdd = $10
DVD/CDRW = $10
CD = $5
15-17" (which is it) used crt = $10
1 keyboard = $0
1 mouse = $0
