How do I fix steering and game speed on San Francisco Rush 2049?

I downloaded San francisco Rush, The Rock, 2049, 2049TE, and 2049SE for MAME (Arcade Program) Everytime I audit these games, theres always something wrong with it. I did add the CHD files to them. I'm curious if I downloaded a fake file or something. Everytime I enter into the game, the game doesn't play smooth which means that the frames per second are running slow so the game is running slow. If anyone can tell me where I can download the correct file for these games or if anyone can send me the send files through email, I would really appreciate it. Please help me. Thanks.

Hey Austin SF Rush2049 requires the sf2049se rom Plus the CHD file.

The CHD is 1,351,570 kb
sf2049se is 260 kb
sf2049te is 260 kb
sf2049 is 243 kb

Make sure all files are kept zipped, and placed in the roms folder. Place the CHD file in a folder named SF2049se in the roms folder.

Most games requiring chd files have problems still. And state "THIS GAME DOESN'T WORK. You won't be able to make it work correctly. Don't bother." this is because it don't work right. You can tweak the settings somewhat but it still is not going to be right.
