NO~Do it now! and Keep your kitchen very crystal clean for health reasons, you don't want to have health problems down the road. Be sure to keep your place neat n' tidy, ya never know what to expect at the door, in the last minute! You'll feel better with everything in the right place, and wear no 'guilt trip' look on your face...Just a nice grin and bear your pearly whites!
I am very well aware of last minute visits from folks & friends and hate to blush when they see what I've been up to! So I try to keep on my toes and everything must be in the right place. Sometimes my timing ain't on my side!

I think you should do the dishes now. Suck it up and get it over with is what I always say. You'll actually feel like you have more time for something else later.

Do it now and impress your mom when she comes over. Coming to someone's house and seeing a sink of dirty dishes is not good.
