...Guy Williams made for quite a formidable and handsome Sinbad, in this 1963 fantasy/adventure, "Sinbad the Sailor"; outrageous campy, and exhibiting the most cheezy, backyard special effects, even for it's time, the film nonetheless has a certain irresistible charm. Keeping an open mind, it's plain to see that the filmmakers did the best they could, with what they had; that's respectfully artful filmmaking (I'd like to think that they at least had loads of fun, making the film).

...regretfully, the film had yet to see release on DVD, and the VHS tape is very hard to find; Turner Classic Movies DOES play the film quite a lot, though...
