Yes, No, well sort of. They can with some computer skills, though it is illegal and not very easy for most people. Personally my neighbors gave out their credit card information and send it via unsecure wireless this was intercepted by three other people and within the hour the credit card company called to confirm over 30,000 dollars worth of purchases. Most likely unless they are massive computer geeks your safe to visit any site you want as long as they do not use the same computer (temporary data).

Yes... if they have the right software. They make free wireless network packet sniffers that will reveal your network activity in plain text so URLs and passwords can be seen by others. It's highly unethical for network admins to do that, but it can be done. Routers are also capable of logging and emailing admins with network activity for certain sites, or URLs.

The router will keep a record af your machine's mac address and the sites it visits, also if it is unsecured anyone nearby may be able to watch all your traffic. If you are connecting to an unsecured network without the owner's consent this is illegal, and carries a possible prison sentence.

we require more information to answer this question. there can be a few problems. basicly if you have a DSL connection such as cable (ntl or telewest) then you may have to make sure your modem is connected to the wireless otherwise you will have no internet gateway, that is require for you to connect to the internet. if you have a ADSL connection(requires a BTline) and you are using a DSL router, it wont work as you will require an ADSL modem wirless router, that is how you will get your gateway IP. try make sure your username and password are what the service provider sent you with if loging in is required. if you have any other info such as who your provider is we may be able to help you more. at the moment i get the feeling you are using a DSL router for your ADSL connection, an error a few people make not knowing the diffrence. you may require to have NAT on your router enabled to allow you to connect to the internet
