I'm assuming you mean "dissolving Al(NO3)3" as in "dissolve Al(NO3)3 in water" and not any other solvents.

The equation is as follows:
Al(NO3)3 (s) --> Al3+ (aq) + NO3- (aq) (the "3+" and "-" are charges on the ions and must be written in superscript. The "3" in NO3 must be written in subscript.)
