only when there is no jager, and you can't use the schnapps for medicinal purposes, and i'm pretty sure the schnapps is not an acceptable offering.

In the US, schnapps is basically a catch-all term for high-alcohol sugar syrup with, most
often mint or cinnamon flavoring. In this class, there's really exactly zero between the
highest and lowest qualities.

No, OMG that would turn out so wrong. Jager is thick licorice, and syrupy, schnapps is thin and minty.
